Senior Reservations
- Senior portrait reservations are released to families by email and text through our scheduling system around the first week of May.
- Each senior will receive a reservation with the Required Senior Session for your school-contact us ASAP should you not receive your reservation.
- Confirm or adjust that reservation by responding to one of the messages.
- If a reservation is not confirmed within the reservation window, your reservation will be released and made available to other seniors.
- Reservations are for our In-Studio summer sessions only.
Senior Banner Info
- KWaldrup Studio & Design is the official exclusive photographer for your school's Senior Athletic Banners.
- Add your Senior Banner Mini session to your Senior Session
- Size: 3x5 includes Retouching
- Cost: $109 and due at your session
- Deadline to be photographed: July 31st
- Late Banner Orders: Cost + $75 late fee

Fine Arts Gallery Feature
- Seniors Selected by Randolph School to be featured on the Gallery Wall at the Thurber Arts Center
- Fine Arts Mini Session is FREE
- Add to your Senior Session at booking/confirmation
- Attire: ALL BLACK
- No Strapless or Spaghetti Straps
- 3/4 length finished print
- Print Size: 12x12 Metallic Pearl Print on a 1/2" Mount with
- Print Includes Upgraded Retouching + Students First and Last Name
- Cost: $165
- Deadline to be photographed: August 22nd
Senior Price List
Our senior portrait offerings include prints, package & digital collections, wall portraits, and various retouching services. All portraits are professionally prepared for viewing in your gallery.
Yearbook Photo Deadline
- Deadline to be photographed September 4th
- Session are available ALL Summer
Yearbook Submission
- Yearbook submissions are due within 14 days of your gallery launch
- Click the Yearbook Submission to submit your choice
After Your Session
Once your portraits are ready, you will receive an email notification when your gallery is available.
From your gallery you may:
- View your Session
- Place Print and Digital Orders
- Receive Sales when applicable
- Galleries are live for 30 days
- Only applies to seniors photographed In Studio or On Location
Cap & Gown Portraits
- Our studio offers Cap & Gown Sessions In Studio
- Add to your Senior Session: Grad Mini/On Location Grad Mini
- Or wait for C&G College Day @ Randolph School
- Date: TBD watch for details from Randolph
- There will be a sign up sent from the counseling department
- Or request a C&G special session appointment at KWaldrup
What to Wear on Picture Day?
Boys: Wear a white shirt and tie
Girls: Wear a blouse without a collar
Cap & Gown Special Sessions at our studio: Jan 9, 23, & Feb 6
