What is a Session Fee?
- Your session fee is a professional fee that is DUE at your session
- Your fee covers your contracted yearbook submissions (does not apply to non-contract seniors)
- Session fees are non transferable
- Session fees are non refundable
- Session fees do not apply to your order
What is this SENIOR RESERVATION? I did not schedule it!
- For busy summer season planning, KWaldrup Studio assigns each senior a "Senior Reservation" with the required Session for your school
- Reservations are sent out to our contract schools that provide parental and/or student school contacts on MAY 1, 2026
- Look for an EMAIL and a TEXT with your Reservation Info
- Confirmations/Reschedules are due by May 29, 2026
- Any unconfirmed reservation will be OPENED for booking after the May 29th deadline
- We are HAPPY to work with your summer schedule
- Make sure to check out your school information and deadlines under Just for Seniors - Find My School

How to View Your Gallery
- You’ll receive an EMAIL with a link to your online gallery
- Click the link and enter your Username and Password exactly as provided
- Galleries are typically live within 2–3 business days of your session
How Long Is My Gallery Open?
Your gallery launch will remain active for 30 days.
- Please make sure to:
- Submit your Yearbook selection(s)
- Submit your Senior Banner selection (if applicable)
- Take advantage of our Summer Specials during this period
- IF you need a SENIOR AD for the YEARBOOK or Digital Image for a Church or School SlideShow, it is best to purchase during the initial viewing session.
- FYI: Digital images are offered as a single purchase + a variety of other digital options, so take advantage early and save!
If your gallery expires , it can be reposted or extended for $25, but please note:
Sales, yearbook submissions, banner deadlines, fine art deadlines (Randolph only), coat & tie deadlines (HHS football) cannot be extended.
Most frequent Question: Can you reopen my gallery? YES
- To REPOST a closed gallery, reach out via email or text and request us to REPOST, we will send you a $25 invoice for the reposting fee
- Wait for our Holiday Re-Vu Sale, historically Mid Nov - Jan 1 (gallery will reopen automatically)
- Wait for our Spring Re-Vu Sale, historically Mid April - Mid June (gallery will reopen automatically)
- You will receive an email from N-Vu (our hosting company) when the gallery relaunches for the Re-Vu Sales, or just simply log in using your same log on credentials from your Gallery Launch Email during those time frames.

For School-Related Submissions
- To View School Requirements: Visit the website → Click “Just for Seniors” → Find My School
- To Submit Yearbook Selections: Visit the website → Click “Just for Seniors” → Find My School
- Yearbook selections are due 2 weeks after your gallery is launched unless otherwise discussed
- To Submit Senior Banner Selections: Visit the website → Click “Just for Seniors” → Find My School
- Banner selections are due 2 weeks after your gallery is launched unless otherwise discussed

- Banner selected by our studio
- Banners must be produced quickly to meet school delivery timelines, production begins immediately.
- Our photographers capture multiple poses to ensure the best image is selected for the banner
- Families that prefer to have a choice, pleaes schedule an in-studio Senior Banner Mini Session prior to your banner photo deadline
What if I submitted an incorrect image for my yearbook?
Just reach out to us directly via email or text, ASAP. DO NOT submit multiple times through our submission form. We can not guarantee a correct submission with multiple entries. Just know that a team member will substitute an incorrect submission with a comparable correct image.
