Below you will find the portrait requirements, deadlines and important senior information for New Century Senior Class of 2027.
Required Senior Session

Want More Than Just the Required Session?
- Upgrade to our Classic Session
- Add on one of our Mini Sessions
- Session upgrades must be confirmed just reply to your reservation email or text
- Upgrades are limited
Senior Reservations
- Senior portrait reservations are released to families by email and text through our scheduling system around the first week of May.
- Each senior will receive a reservation with the Required Senior Session for your school-contact us ASAP should you not receive your reservation.
- Confirm or adjust that reservation by responding to one of the messages.
- If a reservation is not confirmed within the reservation window, your reservation will be released and made available to other seniors.
- Reservations are for our In-Studio summer sessions only.
Senior Price List
Our senior portrait offerings include prints, package & digital collections, wall portraits, and various retouching services. All portraits are professionally prepared for viewing in your gallery.
Yearbook Photo Deadline
- Deadline to be photographed September 29 at SCHOOL
- Session are available ALL Summer and a few Saturdays through the school year
Yearbook Submission
- Yearbook submissions are due within 14 days of your gallery launch
- Click the Yearbook Submission to submit your choice
After Your Session
Once your portraits are ready, you will receive an email notification when your gallery is available.
From your gallery you may:
- View your Session
- Place Print and Digital Orders
- Receive Sales when applicable
- Galleries are live for 30 days
- Only applies to seniors photographed In Studio or On Location
What if I missed my Session over the Summer?
- We will travel to your school for a final date to be photographed for the yearbook
- When? Your Photo Deadline Date Sept 29th

Cap & Gown Portraits
- Sessions In Studio or At School
- Add On a Grad Mini/On Location Grad Mini to your Studio Session
- At your School on Feb 18th for Cap & Gown picture day
- C&G Session at your school is FREE
- What to Wear on Picture Day?
- Boys: Wear a white shirt and tie
- Girls: Wear a blouse without a collar
What if I miss the session at my school ?
Our studio is offering C&G Special Sessions in Studio.
Cap & Gown Special Sessions at our studio: Jan 9, 23, & Feb 6
- Sessions are limited and will open for booking Nov 1st
- Session Fee is $10
