• Please complete the Senior Yearbook Submission Form below.

Yearbook submissions

• Submissions are due within 2 weeks of your gallery's launch date—unless otherwise communicated.
• Complete the form
• Enter the 4 digits displayed under your image in your senior gallery
• Example:  1234.jpg, enter 1234 in the form
• DO NOT submit more than ONE submission

Image Requirements

• Formal Tux/Drape Yearbook Image and ONE Casual Yearbook Image
• Choose a Tux/Drape image photographed on our Multi-Color “Old Masters” Formal Background
• Choose from any of your casual portraits photographed by our studio
• Click View Sample Yearbook Option below

 

Confirmation

• After submitting your form, you’ll receive a confirmation message on your screen.  Nothing will be emailed or text.
