📌 One form per sport: If your senior participates in multiple sports, a separate form must be submitted for each sport.

📏 Banner Sizes & School Info:  Each school has a specific, approved banner size.  Not sure which size your school uses?

💵 Payment Options

To help keep costs affordable, we offer two banner options:

• With Retouching
• Without Retouching

Payment can be finalized by:

• Paying at your session
• Requesting a payment link
• Or through pre-arranged school billing, if applicable

🚨 Important Notes

• A confirmation message will appear on screen once your order is successfully submitted
• Late orders (submitted after the deadline) will incur a $25 shipping fee
