Important Information for West Morgan Class of 2025

SENIOR PORTRAITS:

• Deadline to be photographed for the yearbook: Nov 5th
• Our TRADITIONAL Session meets West Morgan High School's yearbook requirements.  We encourage you to schedule an In-Studio session over the summer. 
• Yearbook selections will be due quickly, once photographed
• Yearbook Submission: CHOOSE a Formal TUX/DRAPE on our "Old Masters Formal Canvas Background" for your Yearbook Selection
• Check out ALL of our Session Options-Pricing-Timeline-What to Expect located in our SENIOR GUIDE
• KNOW: Senior Sessions can be UPGRADED by adding on with one of our Boutique Options or booking an Early Bird Session.
• To book your SENIOR SESSION at KWaldrup Studio call, text or email.
• The final date to be photographed for the yearbook is Nov 5th at West Morgan High School.
• The Session fee at school is $40.  The fee includes your Online Viewing and Access, Yearbook Submission and fee to create the Class Composite to hang at school.

SPORTS BANNERS:

• Add a Senior Banner Session to your Senior Scheduled Session and make ONE trip over to the studio. 
• The studio is the official photographer for your FALL, WINTER, and SPRING SPORTS Senior Banner.
• BRING your GEAR to the Session
• Sessions are FREE
• DEADLINE for SUMMER PRICING is August 1st
• If you can not schedule a sports banner session at our studio, we will have a Senior Banner Photo Day for In-Season Sports at West Morgan HS. Fall Sports Picture Day is scheduled for August 1st
