Waldrup Photography has been photographing schools in the North Alabama Area since 1961 and prides itself on great customer service and quality. Our studio offers Fall, Spring, Holiday, Groups, Sports, and Yearbook & Event Coverage for schools. If you select our studio to be your official photographer, we will capture the memories of your school, students and staff. A large portion of the proceeds after taxes goes back to the schools as fundraiser. Of course, different programs generate different fundraising.
There are several different pricing options to choose from: Pre-Pay, Proof and Speculation.
- Pre-Pay
- The Pre-Pay option is convenient and easy. The information is sent to the school prior to picture day and the school sends the pre-pay envelopes home with the students. On picture day, the students return their picture order envelope to the photographer.
- Proof
- The Proof option is great. Information flyers will be sent to the school for you to distribute before picture day. After picture day in a few weeks, a proof that will be affixed to an envelope will be sent to the school for you to send home. You can set your deadline. Customarily a 5-10 day deadline is set and a representative from Waldrup will pick up the orders at the close of your sale.
- Speculation
- The Speculation option is a good way to get everyone in your school a full package of portraits to view. After picture day and in a few weeks a full order is delivered to the school for you to distribute to the families. You of course set your deadline for payment.
- Events
- We offer other events and sporting activities for package printing options.
